Frontline Officer Welfare Survey

Are you responsible for the welfare of parking officers working on the frontline in your organisation? If so, we need you to respond to this important survey. If you are not, please share this with the person who is. Why? So we can find out the scale of abuse and incidents against officers, and use this to get better support. It needs the person responsible to ask their frontline officers to report all incidents of assault, no matter how minor, including all instances of verbal abuse (not what was said) throughout April and submit it via the survey.
